A.I.R.

A boutique ski chalet, restaurant and gallery in Myoko, Japan. In winter, we enjoy absolute ski-in ski-out to one of the snowiest mountains in Japan. Our focus is on the change of seasons throughout the year. This is expressed through good cuisine, art and design.

Besso

Next door to A.I.R, in a secluded ski-in ski-out hideaway, is this traditional mountain villa also known as a Besso 別荘. The Besso is a self-contained accommodation, hosted by A.I.R., meaning pick-ups and drop-offs from the station and concierge service by the A.I.R. team.

Kominka workshop

A ski-in, ski-out, self-contained chalet located on the top floor of a beautifully restored Japanese farmhouse. Originally built over 170 years ago, the structure has been carefully relocated to sit directly on the ski run and reimagined with a blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design.
