Direct Booking Policy:

- 50% deposit to secure booking
- 50% balance due 2 months prior to check-in
- Deposits are non-refundable and on a case by case basis, if cancelled before 2 months of check-in we may offer an exchange for credit to use in the following season as a courtesy applicable to direct and travel agent bookings only.
- Self check-in is required after 10pm
- Quoted prices are valid for two weeks
- Policy may vary for specific travel agents and websites
