Direct Booking Policy:

• 50% payment at the time of booking, to be paid via Flywire or through bank transfer. The remaining amount is due 90 days prior to arrival.

• 50% of the total booking, refundable if cancelled 90 days in advance

• 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 90 days of check-in date

• Quoted prices are valid for 1 Week

• Policy may vary for specific travel agents and websites

• Self-check-in is required after 7pm
