Reservation Policy:

Thank you for choosing to dine with us at A.I.R.

Changes and Cancellation
For any changes or cancellations, please provide notice via email no less than 7 days prior to your booking date.
For any cancellations outside of these periods and no-shows on the day, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the set menu per person. Strictly no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if more than 15 minutes late.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please notify us by email a minimum of 5 days prior to the day of your reservation.

Children Policy

To preserve the ambience of our restaurant, we kindly note that the setting may not be the most suitable for young children. If visiting with children, please consider the following:

Children 12 and under will be served a rice-bowl style meal in our adjacent unsupervised lounge (¥2,500 per child).

Guests 12+ may enjoy the full omakase menu in the main dining room or opt for the child menu in the unsupervised lounge.

When making a reservation, please only apply the number of guests eating the main dinner; for children eating the lounge menu, please add a message on your booking with the number of people eating the lounge menu.
